RUBA FERMUAR AND QUALITY

Ruba Fermuar San. Aş. is deeply concerned with each step involved in production and marketing of zippers- from designing  and manufacturing the product to delivery and application and finally to the usage by the consumer.  The goals to be achieved at every step are recognized by all members of the Ruba family. The first and most important of these goals is to supply the most suitable zipper for the needs of the costumer in the highest quality at a reasonable price and in the shortest time. The zipper is not solely seen as a device for closing and opening objects, but as a product, which improves and adds a special touch to the appearance of the item on which it is applied.  Thus, Ruba gives as much importance to the aesthetic quality of its products as to its physical qualities.

Our products are intended to carry out their functions for a long time without causing any problems.  The life of a zipper should be at least as long as that of the product on which it is applied.  To this end, we produce each teeth and part of the zipper above standards.  In addition, we carefully weigh the opinion and requirements of our customers.

Ruba Fermuar focuses on innovation and research. By observing closely the needs of the costumers, the conditions of the local and global markets, it seeks every opportunity to improve the quality of its products and service and  to introduce new items. Every other day, equipped with the most contemporary technological facilities, our technical staff and designers add new items, which are totally our creation to our product range.

We are highly conscientious on environmental and human health.  We take all necessary precautions to prevent our manufacturing processes and products from harming the environment and refrain from using detrimental materials. We are even more sensitive on this issue when it comes to producing goods for children.

Relying on our experience and knowledge that has brought us from 1963 to this day, we hope to enhance our company by applying a vision of quality that encompasses all aspects of business such as product, service, human relations and customer satisfaction.  Our long-term goals are to produce the highest quality zippers and die casting products in Turkey and the world, to offer the best service and to become a   recognized company whose products are sought in the markets.
